Here at Atmosphere Madison, we have whatever you may be looking for! Our floorplans range from Studio apartments to Five Bedrooms for those who enjoy the company. Whether you are looking to live independently or with roommates, with 70 different floorplan varieties, Atmosphere Madison is guaranteed to have what you are looking for!

Our lease term is from August 27th, 2024-July 31st, 2025. We currently only offer one-year lease agreements, which will be paid in twelve equal installments.

Our rental criteria for applicants wishing to qualify without a guarantor must be able to show a gross monthly income amount that is equal to 3 times the monthly installment amount. Other sources of income to verify are welcomed! To those wishing to qualify using a guarantor, or a person applying as a guarantor, the guarantor must be able to show a total or combined gross monthly income amount that is equal to 4 times the monthly installment amount.

Instead of requiring all roommates to sign a joint lease, each person has their own individual lease agreement. You share common areas with roommates. This means you are only responsible for your own rental installments. This allows you to live with roommates without having to worry about if they are going to pay on time.

The entire leasing process can be accomplished online. We are also available to assist during office hours at our leasing office if you wish to visit us in person.

Absolutely! After filling out the roommate profile in your application, we will match you with someone who has a similar lifestyle and habits to the best of our ability. You can also stay updated on our Instagram page @atmospheremadison, as we highlight future residents who may be looking for their perfect match as well.

Your lease agreement is based on a total amount that is divided into 12 equal installments for convenience. Your first installment will be due August 1st, and the last on July 1st unless you choose to renew and stay with us another year. Because of this, August rent is not prorated.

WI-FI, water, trash removal, furnishings within the apartment, 24-hour maintenance, and access to all property amenities. Residents pay their own electricity bills.

Installments are due on the first of each month. You can conveniently pay through your resident portal online by using a debit/credit card or e-check.

Yes! All units include a couch and sofa chair, a sectional (depending on the unit), a 55” mounted smart TV in a common area, and a center table. All bedrooms include a full-size XL bed with a frame, stackable dresser drawers, and a study desk & chair for your study needs. Each unit also features a washer and dryer to assist your laundry needs.

We offer secure parking in an attached garage for rent.

Absolutely! We are pet-friendly here at Atmosphere and would welcome your furry friend with open arms. Restrictions may apply, so please contact the leasing office for more information.

A guarantor is a third party that ensures timely payment for your rental installment along with any additional charges during your lease term at Atmosphere. If you do not have a guarantor, we offer alternative options to approve your application or lease. Contact our leasing office to discuss.

International students will need to provide a copy of their student visa during the application process. Contact our leasing office for more information if applicable.
